HIV/AIDS Programs
The American Red Cross educates people on how to stop the
transmission of HIV, encourages people to respond in informed ways to people who have HIV, and helps people apply the facts about HIV to their own behavior. These goals are accomplished through our easy to use educational programs designed to reach a variety of audiences.
AIDS is a leading cause of death among Americans aged 25 to 44. By learning the facts about HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) and acting on them, we can protect ourselves and others.
