Training Classes (Visit Current Course Schedule)
CPR - Adult
For the person who only needs adult CPR training, this hands-on skills training prepares them to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults.
CPR - Child and Infant
This course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children age 12 and younger.
Adult CPR/AED
This course trains individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for breathing emergencies, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest.
Babysitter's Training
This course provides youth (ages 11-15) with the information & skills necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or guardians. This training will help participants develop skills in leadership and professionalism, basic care, safety and safe play and first aid.
Pet First Aid
The goal of the pet first aid course is to protect both pet owners & their pets from further harm, injury, or suffering during emergencies. This course teaches prompt action & care that will safeguard the life of an injured pet until it can be taken to a veterinarian for more definitive medical care.

Basic Aid Training (B.A.T.)
This course, which may be led by any responsible adult, introduces 8-10 year-olds to the emergency action steps, Check, Call, Care as well as to basic first aid procedures. An activity book with puzzles and games teaches children how to prevent injuries and what to do in an emergency.
First Aid for Children Today (F.A.C.T.)
The FACT Critter Clan leads kids, aged 5 - 8, through health promotion and injury prevention activities. Its environmental theme teaches safety in a non-threatening way. Topics include: Hygiene and Health Habits; First Aid; Personal Safety; and Injury Prevention.
Scrubby Bear ®
This program provides lessons on how to prevent transmission of germs and infections. The focus is on teaching children the importance of proper hand washing techniques to avoid illness.
